In lieu of flowers for the upcoming funeral service for CPT Mark A. Garner, the family has requested that donations be made to the newly established CPT Mark A. Garner Scholarship Fund. It was Mark’s wish that the scholarship provide financial assistance for local students to pursue a bachelor degree and enrich their lives with education and travel.
